This week the Publix ad doesn't really have any food that we need or eat that is a good deal. We gave up drinking soda at the beginning of the year, but now feel that as long as its not a daily thing, we can drink it for a treat on the weekend or when we need some caffeine. So the Diet Mt Dew coupon was the stimulus to get some soda even though it is outrageously priced. As I've discussed before, most of the stores we frequent accept expired Publix coupons so you will see that in my shops from now on. I did buy some of the $3 Bic razor coupons to make those a moneymaker, but I'm combining with my $1.50 MQs (4-15 ss) to get more razors, DH likes the Hybrid 1 ct with the six replacement blades. The Flex 4 Bic shavers aren't as smooth a shave and leave stubble. Anyway, the shop was pretty quick and I went negative - $0.21, but with tax ended up paying $2.59 with a gift card.
There is a $2/1 Purina Beneful Dog Food (any size) MQ in the 4-29SS that will stack with either the $2/1 PQ or the $2/1 TQ, making this product a $2.21 moneymaker. It is BOGO at Publix this week for $5.79. I noticed the end caps are full of this item so hopefully we'll all be able to get some.
