My Publix Shop - Paid $2, Saved $122

I was really excited to see the Al Fresco chicken sausages were on an unadvertised sale for $2.50 each because I had printed some coupons from an email survey last month and had only a few weeks left until they expired. I also wanted to get some of the vitamins for a filler to get my order up to $50 to use the Whole Foods $10 off $50 printable coupon before it expires 9/30/14.The other items, coffee, creamer and eggs are items we go through a lot and my stockpile is in need of more supplies.

I attended a blog conference FlBlogCon14 in Winter Park, FL last weekend and one of the sponsors was Florida Dairy and they had a promo where they gave free product coupons to the bloggers. Anyway, it was a good conference for being close to Tampa, and I've attended for three years now. I'm going to try to really give it an effort to blog more again and keep this place alive a little. I haven't really figured out what I want my voice to be about, but I know I don't have the time to be a deal blogger, or the inclination.

So, Publix is going to announce a new coupon policy next month that shouldn't affect us regular couponers too much but be aware of changes coming your way.

This shop was actually two separate shops with a $10/$50 and then another transaction $5/$30 (which won't be allowed starting in October - only one dollar off order coupon per household per day). I combined them for the breakdown. I spent $2.12 all together, and saved $122.25, for a 98% savings.
